To deposit funds with SandstoneFX, log in to your Client Portal or App, navigate to the “Add Funds” section, choose your desired payment method, enter the amount, and complete the payment, which may involve being redirected to a payment provider’s site. Available methods include bank/wire transfers, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets like Revolut, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, with processing times and availability varying by region.

Step-by-Step Guide to Depositing

Log In: Access your account through the SandstoneFX Platform Portal or the SandstoneFX App.
Initiate Deposit: Select the “Add Funds” button or tap the Options icon which opens up the side-window with the “Add Funds” button.
Choose Payment Method: Select from the available options in your region, such as bank/wire transfers, credit/debit cards, or digital wallets.
Confirm your Details: We may require you to input you information which we will use to confirm the ownership of your account as a security measure.
Enter Amount: Input the amount you wish to deposit.
Complete Payment: Click “Pay” and you will be redirected to the payment provider’s site to finalize the transaction.

F.A.Q.

1. My deposit hasn’t arrived in my account. What should I do?

Deposits can be made from inside our Platform Portal. Not all deposits made will be reflected in your account immediately. Refer to the deposit methods available on the Deposit Page of our website for more details.

2. Can I use someone else's credit/debit card or bank to make the deposit with?

Funds deposited into a trading account should be made from a source (e.g. credit/debit card, bank, alternative payments account, etc.) that is in the same name as the one which you registered your trading account with.

3. Why do you need to confirm my information?

At our discretion, SandstoneFX may require confirmation of funding account ownership at any time (credit card, bank account, alternative payments account, etc.) before funds can be credited into a trading account. For example, a client may be required to produce a scan copy or card photo should he or she wishes to deposit using a credit or debit card. Failure to comply with this policy will result in rejection of the deposit. Please redact the credit card numbers to only show the first 6 and the last 3 digits (for example, 1234 56 ████ 234). This is done to ensure compliance with Money Laundering Regulations and other Financial regulators

4. Why can't I deposit more than $10,000?

There is a restricted maximum deposits of $10,000 base currency units for credit/debit card deposits, this may be revised from time to time at our discretion.

5. Why can't I see my preferred payment option?

Payment options accessible to you may differ based on factors like your account’s base currency and your geographical location. For a comprehensive view of the available payment methods, please refer to your account manager.
